Your Order - Conditions of Acceptance
All quoted prices and delivery are valid for mainland UK only. For delivery in other areas eg Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Ireland, rest of the world -please contact us first for a quote.
Please note that when you place an order online with Equiworld Ltd payment is instantly released by your bank and automatically accepted. However, the acceptance of funds and subsequent communication in no way constitutes an acceptance of the order or a guarantee of despatch of goods.
Your order (including payment) will be treated as an offer to purchase from Equiworld Ltd, acceptance of which is indicated when and only when Equiworld Ltd despatch/deliver the goods. Up until the point of despatch Equiworld Ltd reserves the right to decline to issue your order and to process a full refund. Once we despatch the order (and at no time prior to this) Equiworld Ltd enters into a legally binding agreement with you the customer regarding said order.
Despatch of orders is conditional upon (among other things) stock availability. PLEASE NOTE THIS WEBSITE IS NOT STOCK CONTROLLED. If for any reason an order for an item or items advertised as IN STOCK at the time of purchase later turns out to be out of stock, Equiworld Ltd will inform the customer ASAP. Equiworld Ltd will endeavour to despatch goods quickly, normally within 3 working days of order.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. If the issuer of your payment card authorises payment but returns failures on some or all of the credit checks run against your order Equiworld Ltd reserves the right to delay despatch pending satisfactory resolution (to be determined by Equiworld Ltd) of the security issue.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched a full refund will be processed for you. You may cancel the order after it has been dispatched within 7 working days from delivery. If the order has been despatched prior to cancellation it is your responsibility to return the items to us, to take reasonable care of the goods and return them in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Within 21 working days of receipt of the goods we will process a refund. All goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. A nominal charge of £6.90 will be deducted in case of returns of orders which have qualified under the promotional free delivery option. A charge of no less than 25% and up the order value will made if the customer has not taken reasonable care of the goods or failed to return them.
Please be aware that the following goods are excluded from the right to cancel:
Goods made to specification or otherwise personalisedUnsealed optical media, such as DVD's, CD's, Video Games and Computer Software
Gift Vouchers
Safety Equipment, in particular Safety Riding Hat/Skulls. Please make sure you order the correct size.
Prices
Prices are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order, inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate and exclusive of delivery.
No Hidden Charges
The prices displayed on the site include VAT. We do not include delivery charges within the price for individual items, as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole. Any delivery costs (where applicable) are added at the checkout. The shopping cart contains a shipping estimator which should give an indication of shipping costs.
Payment Options
We accept orders via this web site, by phone on +44 (0) 1767 316 089, and by post. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Solo. Cheques made payable to Biggleswade Saddlery, however please note that your order will not be dispatched until the cheque is cleared (normally 10 days).
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability.

Equiworld Ltd cannot be held responsible for any variations in product specifications enforced without notice. Due to the limitations of photography and broadcasting, colour/appearance of goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your display device.

All brand names, product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.
